You will need to submit the following items as you continue through the application process:
- The application form itself (submitted online), including the application agreement form.
- Official academic transcript(s) from the high school(s)/college(s) you have attended or are currently attending. You may access the transcript request form
 here.
- Official SAT or ACT test scores. You will need to be sure to add PBU's school code (SAT: #2661, ACT: #3658).
- Official TOEFL exam scores (international applicants only). Be sure to use PBU's school code (#2661).
In addition to the above, you will also be required to complete a short interview, either in person or over the phone with your personally assigned admissions representative.
Using the PBU Undergraduate Online Application
- When completing the on-line application, simply type your answers in the corresponding fields or select your answer from dropdown lists where applicable.
- After completing a screen, click the "NEXT" button at the bottom of the page.
- If errors or omissions are found, you will be returned to the previous screen to correct your answers.
- Please be aware that if you choose to skip to a subsequent screen without completing and saving your data, you will need to return to that screen prior to submittal.
- Once you have completed the application, press the "SUBMIT" button located in the left-hand column.
